Angie was selected as one of ENR Magazine's Top Young Professionals in 2021. With 23 years of experience in the industry, Angie has led multi-disciplinary technical teams in the preparation of CEQA/NEPA documentation for key highway and local roadway projects throughout Southern California and rail projects in Northern California. She has served in roles as Environmental Task Lead and Project Manager for various PA&ED and PS&E contracts, and as a Contract Manager for various environmental on-call projects.

 

Angie has developed strong working relationships with environmental staff at Caltrans Districts 7, 8 and 12 through her work on the I-605 CIP, Shoemaker Bridge Replacement Project, I-215/University Parkway Interchange Improvement Project, and the I-5 Widening Project (Segment 3). She has successfully delivered projects for Caltrans, LA Metro, RCTC, SBCTA, and OCTA.

In her free time, beyond building her new business, she is heavily involved in Women in Transportation Seminar Orange County (WTS-OC). Angie is currently serving as the current Diversity Chair, was the 2023 WTS-OC Gala Co-Chair, and has been involved as a member of the WTS-OC Mentoring Committee for the past 5 years.

Sarah has 20 years of experience in biological resources consulting, including construction monitoring and conducting general biological assessments, sensitive plant and wildlife species surveys, aquatic resources delineations, permitting, and implementing mitigation and monitoring plans throughout southern California. She has extensive experience preparing applications for and implementing Section 1602 Streambed Alteration Agreements, Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 401 Certifications and 404 Nationwide Permits, Regional Water Quality Control Board Waste Discharge Requirements and Endangered Species Act Take Permits.

 

She has expertise working on complex projects throughout Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties and has extensive experience with projects that require compliance with the Western Riverside County Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP). Sarah also regularly conducts general biological assessments and wetland delineations, as well as surveys for burrowing owl and narrow endemic plant species and criteria area plant species within western Riverside County.

Natalie has eight years of professional experience in environmental planning.

As a Senior Environmental Planner, Natalie’s experience includes the preparation and day to day oversight of environmental documentation pursuant to CEQA and NEPA.

 

In addition to her responsibilities as a CEQA and NEPA generalist, she also serves as the technical lead for Visual Impact Assessments (VIA), Water Quality Assessment Reports (WQAR), and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).
