The Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award is designed to recognize an individual or organization who contributes significantly to promoting diversity, inclusion, and multi-cultural awareness within their organization, the transportation industry, or in a project or activity that supports the goals and mission of WTS.

EGP is a 100% women-owned environmental firm, with a clear mission to foster and grown the careers of talented women and minorities within the transportation industry. Although EGP is still in the early stages in our journey, EGP has made it a priority to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) - both within our company and in the broader industry. Angie Kung accepted the Rosa Parks Diversity Award in 2024.
